APA Administrative Procedure Act (APA June 11, 1946) [Congress gave Executive Branch authority to make, execute, and judge administrative law (regulations)]: What happened to the oaths sworn or affirmed to support and defend the Constitution? Federal agencies and departments shouldn’t even exist that have powers that are not enumerated in the Constitution of the United States. Regardless of the wording of acts or legislation, the final results are based upon those officials that are supposed to be bound by the Constitution.

Our current president violates his oath to the Constitution. The supreme law is in place, but not followed. We need acts and laws to enforce the Constitution in regulating/eliminating unconstitutional agencies and departments. We need a well instructed people enforcing the laws of the Union (the Constitution) which is in place to protect the unalienable rights of the people in order to recover and retain our liberties disparaged by Federal agencies, departments and executive orders that usurp the enumerated powers of the three branches of government.

Transportation: The Federal governments powers are restricted and enumerated in the Constitution. Most Federal departments names could be reversed to reveal their true nature including this out of control agency that in many ways wastefully contributes to the Federal debt and compromises the rights instead of protecting the unalienable rights of the people.

Impeachment: Criminal charges of treason are less expensive and more effective. Article III, Section 3 defines treason as giving aid and comfort to enemies of the United States and it does not state “in time of war.” Two witness can convict anyone of treason in a court. The penalty for treason is death or imprisonment. Isn’t that as good as impeachment?

Economy: We need to understand that the economy is mostly in trouble because of a major book keeping error that happened under the Nixon administration. The privately owned “non-profit” Federal Reserve was allowed to go off the gold and silver standard and Nixon forgot to tell them that going off the gold standard automatically converted all Federal Reserve Note Dollars not redeemed by the Federal Reserve, into pure profit for the Federal Reserve’s share holders, which made the Federal Reserve no longer a non-profit entity. Those profits are staggering in size and need to be returned to the treasury. This would have a tremendous reduction effect on the Federal debt and the money creating power returned to government would bolster our economy in ways far exceeding most economists expectations.

In addition to the Federal Reserve (which is not a government agency) the following need to be considered for elimination:

Department of Education - savings: $72 billion
Department of Energy – savings: $30.8 billion
Department of Agriculture – savings: $131 billion
Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) – savings: $901 billion
Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) – savings: $43 billion
Department of Transportation (DOT) – savings: $79.8 Billion
Department of Commerce - savings: $9.2 billion
Department of Labor (DOL) – savings: $116 billion
Department of the Interior (DOI) – savings: $13 billion
Department of Veterans Affairs - savings: $123.7 billion
Department of Justice (DOJ) – Attorney General – savings: $31.3 billion
Department of State (DOS) – savings: $53.8 billion
Department of Defense - savings: $719 billion
Department of the Treasury - savings: $93.94 billion

These Bureaucracies are just the Tip of the Iceberg. The size of statism today is truly monstrous, even unimaginable.

NATURAL FOODS INDUSTRY

Being a proponent of the natural food industry as a U.S. representative is not an option, it is mandatory with the Oath of Office that all representatives are required to take before serving. The Constitution of the United States exists to protect the rights that promote the natural foods industry.

The words “welfare” and “promote” are found in Article I, Sec. 8 and their definitions are demonstrated in the document as protecting those rights that belong not only to the natural foods industry, but to all people as unalienable rights mentioned in The Declaration Of Independence as self evident truths. Amendment IX warns against using incorrect interpretations of the Constitution that might disparage those rights.

I love natural foods and buy most of my groceries from natural foods markets.

It is impossible to be a free state without a well disciplined militia. Article I, Sec 8 gives the congress power to educate us all in the laws of the union which is the Constitution of the United States. We need a militia of education in the Constitution in order to retain our liberties. I have a plan called APOC, American Public Office Certification. This plan will allow all to become educated and certified in the laws of the union which is the Constitution of the United States. No representative should be superior to the voter in his understanding of our rights protected by the Constitution of the United States.

Cut Federal spending and departments. We have to stop rewarding non production. Socialism is illegal in this country. A sound monetary system and prosperity are destroyed by socialism and counterfeiting. Charitable giving should be voluntary and it increases as taxes decrease. Welfare does not mean taking from one group of producers and giving it to others. That definition of “welfare” destroys us all in the end. Welfare’s true meaning is protection of our rights which are unalienable. No power under heaven has the right to decide how prosperous someone should be allowed to be or not to be.
